By accessing or using RiskMap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RiskMap is a vendor dependency risk analysis tool that uses AI to help businesses identify single points of failure, analyze vendor risks, and discover alternatives. The Service provides:

• AI-powered vendor risk analysis
• Outage history and failure probability predictions
• Alternative vendor recommendations
• Risk mitigation action plans

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 3 services, basic features
• Pro ($20/month): Up to 20 services, advanced features (coming soon)
• Enterprise ($30/month): Unlimited services, premium features (coming soon)

Service limits are enforced on both client and server side. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or service restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze vendor risks and provide recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• Results may not always be accurate or complete
• You should verify critical information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RiskMap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISKMAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
